Power-electronics hardware architecture — converters and drive systems on wide-bandgap (SiC, GaN) and classic (IGBT, Si-MOSFET) devices, up to MW-class, multilevel topologies, with thermal and EMI/EMC design.

Drive control & control systems — real-time control algorithms for drives and converters, firmware from scratch, control hardware on DSP and FPGA.

Prototyping & commissioning — systems engineering, CAE simulation, design for manufacturing and RAMS, lab measurement and documentation, on-site commissioning tests.

Industrial automation for power electronics — industrial network communication, remote device management, and integration with the surrounding systems.

Three-phase SiC inverter — ~2× the power density of Si, above 98% efficiency, ~10 kg.

EV drive controller — field-oriented control with field weakening, MTPA and ABS, delivered as a licensed library.

Bidirectional SiC DC/DC converter — prototype delivered and commissioned on site.

GaN converters from discrete parts — 75–100 kHz switching where no ready modules existed.

Linear-motor rail automation — segmented linear drive with an in-house DSP + FPGA controller.

Missile aerodynamic-fin actuators — PMSM servo drives to 6000 RPM, fin accuracy under 0.1°.
